I am very happy to announce that our team DriverLeics of the University of Leicester has successfully taken the first hurdle of the Audi Autonomous Driving Cup. Our student team has been selected as one of the 10 teams (from Universities all over Europe) that Audi will support with accommodation and travel expenses and two Audi Q2 model cars (scale 1:8) full of electronics including a laser scanner (LIDAR) and cameras.
